Key points to keep in mind.

  • Shoonya Space*: One can do any meditation while sitting but in silence.
  • We provide meditation instructions created by an expert teacher
  • All meditations would be guided over a video recording.
  • Please maintain silence during the meditations.
  • Please wear loose and comfortable clothes.
